Unfortunately, iOS doesn't allow for exporting texts at all, so at the moment we don't have a quick way to upload texts.
There is a method to upload texts quickly using a free third party program called iMazing, but we can't provide you with a guide yet.
In the future, we will have an iOS app that allows uploading of facebook posts and have a complete guide on how to use iMazing.
If you want to export the texts yourself, you can still do so with iMazing and use our .txt file upload feature. We understand that is time consuming though and it is important to get a proper method for iOS users.
